I really don't like Gordon Ramsay. I've worked for or with too many people with same demeanor. Lord give me strength or a baseball bat was my mantra. But this is a really human (thus totally unexpected) side of Ramsay in response to young cook whose life was sliding off the rails. Bravo! (Can I say bravo when he's on a different network?) :)
