No further proof necessary, the Tea Party is a Fascist organization.
This man “didn’t realize people would take it as offensive” ; so, not only are you a racist Nazi, your are irreparably stupid also?
Because it is literally impossible for me to stress how both parties are NOT the same:
Remember all those crazy conspiracies about Bush that Democrats winked and nodded at to fire up the lunatic left? No? But the GOP does that ALL THE TIME and both parties are just the same, aren't they?
Here's the newest one right wing "conspiracy"

Rick Perry majored in Animal Science at Texas A&M. Wendy Davis graduated with Honors from Harvard Law School.
He claims to know more about Constitutional Law than she does.
Hey Rick, how about this:

National Memo conducts an autopsy on Neighbor Darrell...
Among the many reasons that Americans hold the House of Representatives in low repute – at historically abysmal levels, in fact – is the blatantly partisan and ideological misconduct of so many committee chairs. Without any evident embarrassment these mighty politicians deny science, defy mathematics, and dismiss every fact that contradicts their prejudices. But bad as these chairs tend to be, none is quite as flamboyantly awful as Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the Government Oversight Committee
Don't be surprised. Even before the current unpleasantness, there were no depths to which the stupidity of the Texas Lege could not descend. The old saw was 'not man nor beast is safe when the Legislature is in session...' True then, true now (sadly, probably true forever)
There really are NO depths to which these pondscum will not reach. Oh yes, it's the Administration and the Dems that are FAMOUS for threatening people and retaliating against their 'enemies'. Check the mirror, guys; that's YOUR gig, not theirs.

Daily Kos: University of Virginia student arrested in near fatal mix-up with police—for buying bottled water
Fucking out of control cops. When I lived in Texas (and in Georgia), I used to think it was just a Southern thing. But since the start of the oh-so-successful war on drugs, we've 'exported' it to the rest of the country.
"Republicans realize this, and they’re stamping their feet in frustration. All they can do, it seems, is fulminate (and perhaps scare the administration into backing down). Interestingly, however, right now they don’t seem eager to attack climate science, maybe because that would make them sound unreasonable (which they are)."

Between 1990 and 2005, 25 percent of our highest-growth companies were founded by foreign-born entrepreneurs. That growth means more jobs and a more robust economy for all of us.

What kind of America are you planning on leaving behind? --James
"One time a dear friend of mine asked me how I can keep myself so energetic and engaged about politics without losing my mind. After putting the bong, crack pipe, mescaline, mushroom caps, peyote and Gatorade down and thinking about it, I told her that in my estimation there were two reasons. One, I have a sickness -- I can't not think about this stuff. Secondly, and by far most importantly, because I believe that my most important job as a citizen of this country, and moreover the world, it to make the world a better place. I have an ideal America -- and indeed an ideal Planet Earth -- that I'd like to leave behind, not just for my kids, but every kid, every subsequent person who comes in to sweep up after I've left the stage."

DOMA may be dead, but this is just a reminder of how much of your tax dollars were spent by the "fiscally conservative" Republican Party to defend it in court after the Administration refused to do so because they agreed it was unconstitutional.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) said Wednesday that the fact that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas voted this week to gut the Voting Rights Act -- the 1965 law aimed at protecting disenfranchised voters -- ranks him somewhere below the likes of Edward Snowden, the former National Security Agency contractor who leaked classified information about U.S. surveillance programs to the press. "Comparing it to Snowden, I'd say the offense is worse," Johnson told The Huffington Post.

"The U.S. government does not ban entry of foreign pregnant women; neither does the CBP. But in past months, the number of patrols and interrogations seem to have increased. An undisclosed Los Angeles CBP officer said the chance for pregnant women to get in the country depends on the stage of pregnancy: “the closer to the time of birth, the easier it is to be caught, the higher chance there is to be deported.” The CBP officer added that it is not fair for women to come to the United States to give birth as a tourist, taking advantage of U.S. medical services"
Let me get this straight. CBP agents are denying entry and deporting people ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, with no legal backing? And they're still employed?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
