Breaking: Vermont Passes JRS 27 To Overturn Citizens United & End Unlimited Campaign Funding | Liberals Unite

On Friday, May 2, 2014, in an effort to reverse Supreme Court decisions, Citizens United and McCutcheon v. FEC, Vermont became the first state to pass legislature aimed at changing campaign finance laws, and getting money out of politics.

I can't see it succeeding, too many Southern and Midwestern/Mountain state legislatures are action arms of ALEC to get to 37, but it's a start. And the more it stays in the news, the more people will get pissed enough to work to make action possible eventually. Yes, I'm a dreamer :)
