Insurance scam: Oil companies caught double dipping on toxic spills

New research carried out by a team of experts shows that big oil companies have been profiting twice from toxic spills.

Schruben, set out to prove that oil companies like Exxon, BP, Chevron
and Shell have been double dipping. Schruben proved that these companies
were collecting both taxpayer money and insurance payments, for the
exact same costs.
