America's police are beginning to look like an army, and the author says there's very little we can do about it
Beginning to?!?!?! I don't know where he lives, but they were 'beginning to' when I left Dallas in the 90s. It's not the WoT that started this, it was the War on Drugs. The WoT just increased the funding.
