Fish Story

The Audubon Aquarium in NOLA was basically wiped out by Katrina. FEMA promised to pony up $600k+ for repairs/replacement fishies. At that point, all reason leaves our narrative. This is what happens when you let people who don't believe in government (end of thought!full stop!) run the government.
