Too Little, Too Late
Dumbfuck et al are apparently appointing some realists to exec positions in Iraq. But even, the realists think it's probably too little, too late, and too damned bad.

Which would serve the Bushies better than the secret name:
Operation "Pretend We Aren't Really Just Trying to Cover Up Our Designs on Iran"
I'm not sure they're even bothering to pretend. Just sort of slinking around pursuing their goal while not announcing it, while everyone knows it's going on.
