What Did Shrub Know and When Did He Know It?

The White House started avoiding Foley about two years ago ('what?' I hear you cry! 'two years ago? isnt that when.......' just a coincidence, surely!) Admittedly, Foley was a showboat, and said some tacky things about Shrub (but, my God, surely even Laura is guilty of THAT!), so it might be totally unconnected to Foley chasing nubile young pages, but the timing is certainly suspicious.
