The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled (essentially) in favor of gay marriage today. The ruling kicks the nuts and bolts decisions back to the legislative branch for working out, but mandated equal treatment. So, NJ may end up with some variant of marriage or domestic partnership or whatever they chose they to call it.
Three words, boys! No Residency Requirments! ;)
