From Americablog. And the story is getting play on CNN this afternoon, so it may gain traction in the MSM. It's not a HUGE deal, but it tends to show Alito as just another pay-for-play Repug corporate tool who can't be trusted to do what's right. I still think Alito will be confirmed, but it will interesting to see how this plays out.
