The Criminalization of Politics

Hunter, over at Daily Kos, has written a brilliant (if slightly rant-y) column on the reaction of the Right to the Plame-gate fiasco. A treasonable exposure of a deep-cover WMD operative is no big deal, but prosecuting it becomes 'the criminalization of politics.' Trying to prosecute the traitor(s) is political retribution for the R's vendetta against the Clintons. And on and on.

Hunter rebuts it all quite well. And I think his summary says it best:

Go to Hell!
