Disbarment?

One of the possible outcomes being discussed of the OPR report on Bybee, Yoo, et al, and the torture memos is disbarment. I am not a lawyer, and don't even play one on tv, but this sounds to me like a slam dunk proposition. Either they deliberately misled their 'clients' or they are really, really, really bad attorneys; either is grounds for disbarment.
