I’m not a conspiracy theorist guy. I’m not saying that Justices Roberts, Kennedy, Alito, Thomas and Scalia had it planned all along to send the issue back to Congress where it will sit, not acted upon, for God knows how long. What I’m saying is that I’m wouldn’t be surprised if that was in their thought process. They don’t have to look like the racist apologists that they are with this decision, since you know; they’re putting it back in the capable hands of our Congress, right?
