"It’s becoming increasingly evident that the United States is a country with two wholly different populaces. That’s the only explanation I can come up with as to where Republicans get the nerve to say and demand the things they do. Twice this week now I’ve read something a Republican said or demanded that just made me outright guffaw. Or did I giggle? No, it was much heartier than a giggle. In fact the laughing was so intense I laughed my balls right off, and something tells me you will find your balls missing after you hear about what these numbnuts are up to now."
