(Mostly what other say will be in italics, what I say will not. There will be occasions when this is messed up or forgotten, but generally it will true- for those keeping track of the opining vs the reporting!)
Can we just kill the drug war or is the desire to turn narcs loose to entrap people so deeply entrenched that we'll never be rid of it, despite years of it failing and failing, and the complete militarization (and alienation) of our police from the general populace?
