More Repug Incompetence Burning CA to the Ground?

HuffPo headlines an article indicating that incompetence and (at best) miscommunication between state and federal fire fighting authorities may have contributed to the scope of the recent CA fires by keeping a huge portion of the air fleet grounded in the early stages. Ahnuld is touted as a new style Repug, but it appears the new boss is just like the old boss and completely incompetent in a crisis.
