Are We At War (Secret) With Iran?

US troops attacked and ransacked an Iranian consulate in Irbil (Arbil?) today. Computers and documents were seized. Various bloggers (and here and here) are discussing a possible secret Presidential order to strike at Iranian and Syrian 'assets' in Iraq. This could get UGLY fast.
