ACLU v UCLA?

Tasered UCLA student has hired prominent civil rights lawyer Stephen Yagman to represent him. I don't know the particulars of what Tabatabainajad did or didn't do at the Powell Library the other night, but by all reports it wasn't anything that necessitated the brutal assault by UCPD officers. Someone needs to be fired over this.
