One had to love Sen. Frist's meltdown yesterday over Harry Reid's tactical manuever on the Senate Floor, to shut the place down (not a bad idea, all in all.) This is the man threatening the 'Nuclear Option' to end filibusters (which may not seem like such a good idea now, given that the Dems could take back the Senate next fall.... really wanna pull that trigger, Billyboy?)
I think the real reason that Frist and his SA henchmen were so incensed was not that Reid showed them up, did not warn them, violated the sense of Senate comity (snicker), but that the Dems had the balls to use Republican-style hardball against them. The noive of dese people!
