DHS Gone?

NYT reports that Obama is planning a major restructuring of the Homeland Security apparatus. It's all a little vague, but even if nothing else changes, can we get rid of the freaking name. It's a little too 'I've been listening to Wagner and drinking schnapps and eyeing that pesky Polish border' for my tastes.
